How BidnTravel works

Three steps from "I need a ride" to a confirmed driver.

  1. Request

    Enter pickup, drop-off, date and passengers. It takes about a minute and guests can post without an account.

  2. Compare bids

    Matching drivers are alerted and send prices. Compare cost, car, rating and arrival time, and chat before you choose.

  3. Book and go

    Accept one bid and pay securely. Your payment is held until the trip is done, then released to the driver.

For customers

  • Post a request as a guest or with an account. Guests confirm their email first.
  • Bids arrive in your dashboard and by email while the request is open.
  • Accepting a bid closes the request and tells the other drivers it was not chosen.
  • Rate your driver after the trip so the next customer can choose with confidence.

For drivers and suppliers

  • Register and upload your licence, ID, vehicle papers and insurance.
  • After approval you are alerted to requests in your area and vehicle class.
  • Set your price, arrival time and how long the offer stays valid.
  • Funds are released to you after the trip, minus the platform commission.
